Xorent products covered

Xorent offers multiple products. These Terms apply to your use of Xorent websites and services, including:

  • XTM — AI Test Management by Xorent (tm.xorent.com)
  • XRR — AI Risk Registry by Xorent (rr.xorent.com)
  • XTS — AI Timesheet by Xorent (ts.xorent.com)

Product-specific terms, marketplace listings, or order forms may apply in addition to these Terms where you use a particular product. If there is a conflict, the product-specific terms for the service you are using govern for that service.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account credentials.
  • You must ensure users in your organization comply with these terms.
  • You are responsible for data entered or integrated into the platform.

Permitted Use

You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

Intellectual Property

Xorent and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, and related materials. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

Warranty Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xorent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
