Install & configure

    Install XTS — AI Timesheet by Xorent on your Jira Cloud site from the Atlassian Marketplace or Xorent Forge distribution.

    Open Jira → Apps → AI Timesheet to complete site configuration (period, workload, permissions).

  3. 3

    Navigate to Apps → AI Timesheet for the weekly grid, or use Log Time on any issue to create native worklogs.

Connect to XTS

  • Time entries are stored as native Jira worklogs—metadata (billable, account, CapEx) lives in worklog properties and Forge SQL.
  • Admins configure teams, roles, billing accounts, and feature toggles from the AI Timesheet admin page.
  • Visit ts.xorent.com for portal docs, privacy policy, and support when your organization enables the admin portal.

What you can do in Jira

Log time where you work

Use the issue panel, glance, and activity tab to log time with timers, smart pre-fill, and multiple input formats (1.5h, 90m, 8).

Reporting & gadgets

Add dashboard gadgets for timesheet progress, team hours, active timers, billable hours, budget burn-up, and approval pipeline status.
